Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and manage international clients for plastic packaging products (rigid).
Identify new markets and generate leads through market research and competitor analysis.
Handle complete export sales cycle inquiry, quotation, negotiation, order finalization, and execution.
Coordinate with internal teams for production planning, documentation, and dispatch.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the companys export growth strategy.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, Incoterms, and customer documentation requirements.
Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions to promote company products.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and customer requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Senior Executive:

3-5 years of relevant experience in export sales (preferably in plastic or packaging industry)
Good knowledge of export documentation, LC, and shipping terms
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Graduate/MBA in International Business preferred

Manager / Asst Manager :

6 - 10 years of experience in handling international B2B sales (preferably in plastic or packaging industry)
Capable of handling a team and driving export strategy
