Job Description

Market Development & Strategy

  • Identify and develop new international markets for our products.
  • Formulate and implement export marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Conduct international competitor analysis, market mapping, and demand forecasting.

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business leads and manage key customer accounts across regions (Asia, Middle East, Africa).
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing with international clients.
  • Achieve export sales revenue and margin targets.
  • Explore opportunities with trading houses, distributors, EPC contractors, and end-users.

Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and execute international exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop region-specific marketing materials, presentations, and product positioning strategies.
  • Work closely with digital marketing team to enhance the companys global presence.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with global clients.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and retention.

Commercial & Coordination

  • Work with internal teams (Production, Quality, Logistics, Finance, EXIM) for smooth execution of export orders.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation, and export-import laws.
  • Track credit exposure, payment collection, and LC negotiations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong knowledge of

    international marketing and export-import procedures

    .
  • Understanding of

    global metal markets, pricing trends, and supply-demand dynamics

    .
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and manage global business networks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and knowledge of SAP/ERP (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA/PGDM in International Business/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Bachelors in Metallurgy / Mechanical / Engineering / Commerce preferred.
  • 8–12 years of experience in

    International Marketing & Sales

    in the

    metal/steel/aluminium/copper industry

    .
  • Proven track record of handling export markets and achieving sales targets.
