Export Manager- Female

As a Manager - Exports Operations at Aypols Polymers Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for handling and responding to overseas business inquiries, generating leads and identifying new export customers through market research, preparing and sending quotations, order confirmations, and consignment details. You will also coordinate with customers, fix meetings for the Exports Manager, maintain smooth communication with international clients and internal teams, support documentation, shipment coordination, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, you will assist in building long-term customer relationships and expanding export markets. Moreover, you will handle the Digital Marketing segment of overall products. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant operations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & spoken English a must). - Prior exposure to handling export inquiries and documentation preferred. - Strong coordination and organizational abilities. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
