Key Responsibilities:
1. Export Documentation:
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, including those related to licensing, permits, and customs clearance.
2. Import Coordination:
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient import of raw materials and components.
- Manage import documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs clearance documents.
3. Logistics Management:
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
- Manage transportation costs, including negotiating rates with carriers and optimizing shipping routes.
4. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant export and import regulations, including those related to customs, duties, and taxes.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and ensure that the company is in compliance.
5. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers and logistics partners.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in export-import operations or logistics.
2. Skills:
- Strong knowledge of export-import regulations and documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
3. Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
