Duties & Responsibilities-
Email Campaigns- Creating and executing email marketing strategies to target international clients
Lead Generation- Reaching out to potential buyers, distributors and business partners
Content Creation- Writing engaging emails with product details,offers and company updates
Market Research- Identifying trends,competitors and potential markets for exports
CRM Management- Maintaining and updating customer databases for follow-ups
Coordination- Collaborating with sales and export teams to align email efforts with business goals
Analytics & Reporting- Tracking email performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimising strategies
Compliance and Deliverability- Ensuring emails follow international email marketing laws (like GDPR)
