Export Documentation Executive

As a Garment Export Incharge at VR Manpower Solutions in Coimbatore, your primary responsibility is to oversee the entire export process, starting from order placement to shipment. You will focus on maintaining quality standards, ensuring timely delivery, and adhering to international regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage export orders efficiently by receiving and processing them promptly. - Prepare and maintain detailed order specifications. - Provide clear and timely communication to buyers regarding the status and timelines of their orders. - Arrange the shipping of garments to the buyer's destination in a timely and efficient manner. - Coordinate with shipping companies and customs brokers for smooth and compliant shipments. - Ensure all required documentation is accurately prepared and submitted on time. - Stay informed about changes in import/export regulations and procedures. - Work closely with authorities to resolve compliance issues. - Maintain accurate records of all export transactions. - Build and nurture strong relationships with buyers and stakeholders. - Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. - Supervise and motivate a team of export staff. - Provide necessary training and guidance to enhance their competencies. - Evaluate their performance and offer constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
