Export Documentation Executive

As an Export Documentation Specialist at Bandhan Agritech, you will play a crucial role in managing export documentation to ensure compliance with international regulations and facilitate smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing outbound shipments via various modes of transport such as ocean, air, and road, handling both pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation with precision, and collaborating with different stakeholders like logistics providers, transporters, and freight forwarders. By leveraging your expertise in export processes, you will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining operations. Your key responsibilities will involve coordinating pre- and post-shipment documentation, ensuring customs clearance and regulatory compliance, as well as maintaining updated product knowledge and conducting invoice reconciliation. To excel in this role, you are required to hold a Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, international trade, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in export documentation, logistics, or supply chain management. Proficiency in export regulations, customs clearance procedures, and international shipping processes is essential, as well as familiarity with export documentation software and MS Office tools. Your strong attention to detail and organizational skills will be critical in performing these tasks efficiently. This is a full-time position based in Baner, Pune, with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts and requires in-person presence at the designated work location.
