Job Role:
* Post-shipment documentation
* Prepare invoice, packing list, health & Phyto certificates, Form A1, Insurance & COO
* Record keeping & MIS (Container Booking)
* Submit SI, BL draft to shipping lines as per buyer’s requirements
* PI preparation for buyer orders, stuffing planning
* Documentation for samples & health certificates (EIA updates)
* Online tracking of shipments & updates to customer/marketing team
* Online payments for certificates from authorities
*Coordination with CHA, Shipping line, Forwarders & internal departments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
