Job Description

International Sales Support Executive - Medical Equipment Export Division

Location: Gurgaon, India

Salary :- 4 -6 LPA + incentives travel abroad later

Reports To: Head Export Division

Role Summary

Drive international market research, lead generation, and export sales support across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. The role involves working on trade portals (VOLZA), global client engagement, quotations, tenders, and CRM-driven sales coordination to support export business growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

Identify new export markets, buyers, consultants, distributors & project leads
Use VOLZA & trade portals for buyer mapping and competitor tracking
Prepare quotations, prequalification documents, tenders & presentations
Support RFQs, EOIs & institutional export projects
Coordinate with engineering, production, accounts & documentation teams
Maintain CRM (Zoho/Odoo/HubSpot) and generate MIS & pipeline reports
Support distributor onboarding & international client follow-ups

Eligibility

14 years experience in export sales support / international B2B / lead generation
Mandatory: Exposure to VOLZA or similar trade portals
Graduate in Business / Commerce / Marketing / Engineering / International Trade
Strong English communication & Excel/PowerPoint skills
Working knowledge of CRM tools

Preferred

Experience in healthcare infrastructure, medical equipment, or B2B industrial exports
Knowledge of export documentation, LC, INCOTERMS & tenders
Understanding of ISO/CE compliance is a plus
