Job Description:

Proficiency : English verbal and written communication, export documentation and previous knowledge of export assistance.

Jd: 1) Attending international inquiry, taking costing from factory and preparing Export quotation

2) Freight calculation

3) Maintaining records of inquiry, quotation, orders, results

4) Export order delivery follow-up

5) Export shipment planning, documentation, clearance

6) Technical documents preparation with the help of plant

7) Communication with client for post order documentation confirmations and submission 8) Payment follow up and record

9) Presentations preparations

10) Exhibition related work – list of samples to send plant and planning for shipment, visa, invitation letters to client, maintaining deadlines for various online submissions, inquiry with stall contractors for quotation, work order issue, poster and brochure amendments as per instruction from management dispatch. Post exhibition data maintaining.

11) Import shipment freight inquiry, costing, shipment documentation and delivery management, payment to vendor

12) For non-CDI products, issue inquiry to vendors, get quote and prepare costing, prepare brochures

13) B2B listing of CDI products on various websites and regular updation

14) Tender subscription checking daily tenders and making list of new tenders. Keep record of tender results to know contractors whom it got awarded

15) Vendor registration of CDI with various clients

16) Any other work related to export or other scope of work.
