Expert Business Consultant

As the Senior Business Consultant at Finastra, you will report to the Regional Head of Services, MAAP, and play a crucial role in data analysis, system configuration, implementation, consultative training, and support of software applications for both new and existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects adhere to established standards, are completed within set timeframes, and meet client specifications. Your key responsibilities and deliverables will include, but not be limited to, the following: - Assist clients with configuring system parameters based on their business practices, recommend best practices, and ensure client acceptance of the setup. - Conduct data analysis and mapping activities for assigned applications, analyzing source data files and mapping data to the target application for technical resource use. - Provide on-site or remote support during client conversions. - Test and troubleshoot system configuration and functionality, validating new system input, output, and connectivity. - Facilitate database validation work sessions with clients. To excel in this role, you should have: - 7-9 years of consulting and implementation experience in Core Banking projects. - Knowledge of Finastra Product(s) or similar Banking products. - Experience in business process modeling and process hierarchies, with proficiency in tools like ARIS Business Process Model. - Proficiency in writing SQL statements and basic stored procedures. - Strong communication skills and client-facing experience. - Fluency in written and spoken English. - Good soft skills and time management abilities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
