About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Software Trainer with strong expertise in C, C++, Java, and Python to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical training, mentoring professionals, and enhancing workforce technical capabilities. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, effective communication, and a passion for teaching.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver structured and interactive training programs on C, C++, Java, and Python for employees, new hires, and trainees.Develop and maintain comprehensive training modules, curriculum, and supporting materials aligned with organizational needs.Conduct hands-on coding sessions, workshops, and project-based learning to ensure practical application of concepts.Evaluate learner performance through assessments, projects, and feedback sessions.Continuously upgrade training content to incorporate the latest tools, technologies, and industry practices.Partner with technical teams and management to identify training needs and skill gaps.Mentor and guide participants to achieve technical excellence and professional growth.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong command over C, C++, Java, and Python with practical coding expertise.Minimum 2+ years of experience in software development and/or technical training.Proven ability to design and deliver training content in both classroom and virtual environments.Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), version control systems (e.g., Git), and industry-standard IDEs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).Certifications in Java, Python, or related technologies will be an added advantage.What We OfferA professional and collaborative work environment.Opportunities to stay at the forefront of emerging technologies.Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.A platform to impact careers by shaping technical capabilities of professionals.
