Experienced IT Support Specialist

As a IT support executive you have to maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software in the hospital. Have a full knowledge and hands on experience with the HMIS used in the hospital and become a single point of contact for all the queries arising from other staff. Ensuring data security, training staff on new technologies. Responsibilities include installing and configuring systems and collaborating with vendors to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hospital's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide hands-on support to clinical and administrative staff by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• System & Application Management: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, operating systems, and applications.
• EHR System Support: Assist with the maintenance, updates, and management of the hospital's Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures, monitor for risks, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• User Training: Train staff on how to use new technologies, software features, and system updates.
• System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor system performance, implement improvements, and ensure the smooth operation of all IT components.
• Support Ticket Management: Respond to and manage user support tickets, providing timely and professional resolution to technical problems.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and records of support activities and system configurations.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external vendors to address system issues, perform upgrades, and implement new technologies.

Common Requirements

• Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Strong in MS Office especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with different teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
