Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dehradun for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) cum Lead Generation specialist. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and driving the growth of the company's services. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, developing business strategies, networking, and meeting with potential clients to discuss their needs and propose appropriate solutions.

• Business Development and Lead Generation experience
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and markets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in conducting market research and developing business strategies
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the IT or software development industry is a plus
