Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents.
Understand academic needs and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails) and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain follow-ups and manage the student database through CRM tools.
Collaborate with faculty and admin teams to ensure seamless onboarding and academic support.
Participate in seminars, orientations, and other student engagement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Education/Psychology preferred, but not mandatory).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an academic counsellor in a reputed institute or EdTech company.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of conversions.
Fluent in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus).
Familiarity with educational products and admission processes.
