Experience Innovator

Key Responsibilities:

Experience Strategy:
Define and drive innovative experience strategies that align with user needs and business goals.
User Research & Insights:
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user pain points, opportunities, and trends.
Design Leadership:
Lead the creation of
interactive, intuitive, and visually compelling experiences
across digital platforms.
Prototyping & Concept Development:
Develop rapid prototypes, concept explorations, and proof-of-concept experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to bring innovative experiences to life.
Emerging Technologies:
Explore and integrate
AR/VR, AI, IoT, and other emerging technologies
to enhance user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in
Design, HCI, Human Factors, or related field
.
Experience in
service design, immersive experiences, or experiential product design
.
Knowledge of
motion design, AR/VR, AI-driven interfaces, and interactive storytelling
.
Prior experience
leading workshops, innovation sprints, or co-creation sessions
.
