Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate the design intent to define the experience across one to two product and/or project teams focusing on digital channels with exposure and support of multi-channel experiences.
  • Assists the primary designer in defining the supporting strategy across one to two product and/or project teams to create multi-channel experiences across physical and digital channel touchpoints.
  • Understands Service Design, Design Thinking, and Human Centered Design to meet the evolving needs of the business, the customer, the employee and the brand.
  • Ability to translate business goals and product requirements into a cohesive and consistent experience.
  • Participate in a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Continuous improvement of the customer experiences related to assigned product and/or project team(s).
  • Knowledge of various brand guidelines, pattern conventions and standards, and process efficiencies related to quality assurance and center or excellence/discipline maturity.
  • Work well independently.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human-Centered Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Information Architecture, related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven experience as a UX designer for at least 4+ years or 6+ years in a design related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work for web and/or mobile applications. Including:
  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce or large, multi-channel environments.
  • Proficiency in experience design principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate cross-functionally.

Preferred

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite, Axure, or InVision.
