Your role will involve taking inbound calls from customers regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues, diagnosing the problems, recommending solutions, and selling technical support plans with relevant software. Key Responsibilities: - Take inbound calls from customers and provide assistance with printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnose the problems effectively and recommend the best plan to the customer - Sell technical support plans along with relevant software Qualifications Required: - Must have experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months to 1 year - Should be able to close their own calls efficiently - Good convincing and sales skills are necessary - H.S qualification is required - Good communication skills and flexibility for night shifts are essential Company Description: Adeeba E Services Pvt.
