Position Overview

Travel & Expense Executive

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and submit all employee expense reports in
Concur
in a timely and accurate manner.
Retrieve, verify, and maintain all supporting documentation related to expense claims (receipts, statements, approvals, etc.).
Ensure compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and approval workflows.
Coordinate with employees and managers to resolve discrepancies or missing documentation.
Maintain records for audit and reporting requirements.
Support the T&E team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills (Must-Have)

Hands-on experience with
SAP Concur
for expense report preparation and submission.
Strong documentation-handling skills (receipts, statements, approvals, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Good-to-Have Skills

Working knowledge of
Excel
and
Outlook
.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Time management and organizational skills.
Experience in Travel & Expense management or finance operations.

Experience Required

Travel & Expense (T&E) management

Candidates with up to 3-5 years of experience will also be considered if relevant.
