Role Overview: You are urgently required to join as an Expeditor - Desk Coordinator with good years of experience in EPC Oil Gas Project. As an Expeditor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely delivery of materials by expediting post-order desk activities. You will be stationed at the client's office for constant coordination with their representative. Additionally, you will closely monitor production and manufacturing milestones from engineering to final delivery as per the agreed Purchase Order dates. Key Responsibilities: - Post order desk expediting till delivery of material. - Deputize in client's office for close coordination with client's representative. - Obtain and monitor production and/or manufacturing milestone schedule from engineering to final delivery. - Expedite submission of Engineering Deliverables by SELLER as per agreed schedule. - Coordinate with DEC for Review / Approval of Engineering Deliverables. - Ensure submission of Final documentation including operating manuals, As Built drawings by SELLER. - Identify critical items requiring area expediting assignments in collaboration with various departments. - Have knowledge of manufacturing/fabrication stages of Pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pipes, fittings, valves, etc. Qualifications: - Essential: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Desirable: Candidates with experience in the TPI Agency are preferred. Additional Details: Experience in Third Party Inspection services/ EPC Projects inspection Sector/Production department of fabricators is a plus.
