📍 Remote (India) | Contract/Consultant Role
🎯 Mission:Drive the strategic growth of our animation studio by optimizing operations, scaling monetization, and launching high-impact business verticals.🔍 Key Responsibilities:1. Business Analysis & OptimizationAudit workflows, pricing, and profitabilityIdentify bottlenecks in production and client workflowsReview all revenue streams: client projects, IP, ads, and content2. Monetization & Revenue StrategyOptimize paid promotions & sponsorships (YouTube, social platforms)Structure branded content, pre-rolls, product placementsDevelop IP licensing models and content syndication strategies3.
