Executive/Sr Executive

As an individual contributor in this role, you will be responsible for building and managing productive, professional relationships with clients through telephonic and/or video conversations. Your main goal will be to ensure that clients are effectively using and benefiting from IndiaMART. This includes accurately defining the products/services listed in clients" e-catalogs and promptly addressing any client complaints that may arise.
