Job Description

You are a detail-oriented and proactive Executive / Sr. Executive MIS who will be supporting the Executive Vice President HR in various projects related to HR policies, automation, market research, and corporate reporting. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing HR MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations, as well as assisting in backend HR operations in the US. You should be highly analytical, comfortable working with large datasets, and capable of working independently with minimal guidance. Your duties will involve collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to identify trends and generate insights. You will manage and optimize corporate HR-MIS for accurate and efficient reporting and create visually engaging dashboards and decks using Excel and charts for HR metrics. Identifying and implementing process improvements in data collection, analysis, and reporting will be crucial. Additionally, you will support backend HR operations in the US, participate in executing HR projects like automation initiatives and policy development, and maintain and update HR policies and procedures as per ISO standards. You will be responsible for communicating policy changes effectively across the organization, ensuring compliance, conducting periodic audits for data accuracy, and supporting HR compliance requirements. Your role will also involve assisting in audit preparation and execution, participating in cross-functional meetings, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and performing other HR-related tasks as necessary. To qualify for this role, you must have a graduate degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in MIS, HR reporting, or project management support. Exposure to market research, social media, and communication is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and knowledge of Power BI are advantageous. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and stakeholder management skills are essential. You should possess strong time management abilities, be able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently while meeting deadlines.,
