Manage daily STB repair MIS and reporting to R&R manager.
Lead a team of technicians and support staff and provide technical guidance to them.
Manage the daily operations of the repair center to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain MSL for parts.
Resolving technical issues and analyzing performance.
Coordinate with the unit STB repair team and fulfill their parts requirements for the current repair needs as well as future requirements.
