As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, referrals, and follow-ups - Convert fresh & cold leads into Walkins and drive them toward property bookings - Deliver project level Walkin targets and ensure quality client engagement - Analyze client needs, recommend suitable properties, and coordinate site visits - Work in a target driven environment with a focus on revenue growth - Provide regular performance reviews, share insights, and suggest improvements - Build strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals In terms of qualifications and skills required for this position, you should possess: - 15 years of experience in presales, tele calling, or customer support (real estate auto dialer calling preferred) - Freshers with excellent communication skills will also be considered - Strong sales ability, negotiation skills, and customer service orientation - Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Tamil (Kannada & Tamil Preferred) - Ability to work weekends and thrive in high-pressure, goal-oriented settings,
