Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executives Operations - LIC Representative located in Gwalior. The selected candidate will handle daily operations, attend to customer queries, and provide quality service to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer-related tasks, coordinating with different teams, processing claims, and contributing to the smooth operational workflow aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve operational and customer-specific cases effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
• Proficiency in customer service to address and resolve customer queries efficiently
• Basic knowledge in sales and finance principles for operational interactions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is preferred
• Previous experience in health insurance or TPA operations is advantageous
