                                Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to join our O2C operations team as an End Date Audit Analyst 
 The incumbent will be responsible for conducting periodic audits for active, non-international consultants with assignments exceeding 40 weeks, who utilize manual timekeeping systems  The role involves end-to-end audit execution, compliance verification, remediation follow-ups, penalty reporting, and sharing audit performance insights with internal and client stakeholders  This position is critical to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and minimizing financial risk for our client in the staffing and recruitment industry  Key ResponsibilitiesConduct End Date Auditscovering:Audit preparation, data gathering, and assignment validation  Compliance checks against client policies and contractual terms  Identifying mismatches, anomalies, or gaps in assignment dates and timekeeping compliance  Coordinating remediation steps with relevant teams to ensure closure  Finalizing data, preparing penalty impact reports, and highlighting trends  Maintain and update trackers, dashboards, and audit logs for accurate visibility  Share audit performance reports (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) with internal leadership and client stakeholders  Collaborate with client operations teams to ensure corrective actions are completed within agreed timelines  Support process improvements to enhance audit accuracy and turnaround time  Adhere strictly to compliance standards and ensure transparent documentation of all audit activities  Key Skills & CompetenciesDomain & Process KnowledgePrior experience in staffing & recruitment industry processes (assignments, timekeeping, billing)  Familiarity with O2C cycle and its dependencies on assignment compliance  Technical & Analytical SkillsStrong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting)  Exposure to audit/analytics tools such as Airtable, Alteryx, Atlis, or equivalent (preferred)  Ability to handle large datasets and identify discrepancies efficiently  Soft SkillsAttention to detail and high accuracy orientation  Strong written and verbal communication skills for audit reporting  Problem-solving mindset with ability to suggest remediation measures  Time management and ability to meet periodic deadlines  High ethical standards and process integrity  QualificationsBachelor s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent  1 2 years of experience in audit, compliance, or O2C back-office processes (staffing/recruitment preferred)  Prior exposure to timekeeping and billing compliance will be an added advantage
