Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and Serve Drinks:
Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Customer Service:
Provide an exceptional experience for all guests, taking beverage orders, answering questions about drink options, and offering recommendations.
Maintain Cleanliness:
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked, including checking and cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and ensure the bar is well-stocked with liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Notify management when supplies are running low.
Compliance:
Ensure that all beverages are served in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies regarding alcohol consumption and service.
Cash Handling:
Process payments, handle cash, and complete transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
Guest Interaction:
Establish rapport with customers, offering friendly and personalized service to create a positive experience.
Collaborate with F&B Team:
Work closely with other food and beverage team members to ensure smooth operations and that customer needs are met efficiently.
Quality Control:
Ensure that every drink served meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety.
