Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for an Executive/Assistant Manager - Reservation with IDS expertise at Sayaji Hotels Ltd. The role involves managing reservations efficiently, assisting guests with booking inquiries, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and ensuring the seamless coordination of room sales. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate reservation records, handling customer queries professionally, collaborating with sales teams to optimize occupancy, and assisting in staff training relating to reservation processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Reservations and Customer Service operations
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Experience in Sales and strategies to optimize booking and occupancy rates
• Ability to train and develop team members for effective reservation handling
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with IDS or similar hotel management software is highly preferred
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is desirable
