Job Description

Job Responsibilities Obtain daily indents from customers. Engage vehicles from vendors and ensure their placement with customers. Check market rates and submit daily reports to the Branch Manager (BM) and Zonal Manager (ZM). Provide timely Advance Transit Hundi (ATH) and Balance Transit Hundi (BTH) to vendors. Ensure all market vehicles are loaded and unloaded on time. Generate new vendors. Track competitors rates and vehicle status. Primary Responsibilities Vendor Management Rate Verification Ensure on-time vendor payments Educational Qualifications Preferred Category: Bachelor's Degree Key Performance Indicators Vehicle Placement Performance MV (Market Vehicle)-Claim Ratio Delivery as per TAT (Turnaround Time), ensuring nil late penalty Claim Ratio - MV Business Recovery of Claims in MV business ATH/BTH on-time completion Up-to-date status of vehicles Achievement of percentage profit margin - MV Required Skills Planning Coordination Decision-making Assuming Responsibility Strategizing Data Analysis Market Knowledge MS Office Good Communication
