Designation: Executive

Experience: 1 - 4 Years

Education qualification: Graduation

Work location: Hulimavu, Bengaluru

Roles & Responsibilities

Performs a variety of duties in handling organizing, transportation activities for the associates, to ensure the safety and timely transportation.
Ensuring maximum utilization of vehicles and cost effective transportation.
Coordinate daily transportation routes, vehicles used, and provide supervision, direction to the drivers.
Check the vehicle condition meets or exceeds provincial safety standards and that vehicle safety equipment is in place and working condition.
Ensure all drivers complete daily written mileage reports, fuel usage and trip-sheets to submit.
Assist in identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities and customer satisfaction opportunities.
Meeting associates to deal with complaints and areas of concern.
Analysing results of surveys on associates' satisfaction and starting new procedures to improve performance.
Coordinate with repairs and maintenance team for servicing / repair of the vehicles.
Preparation of mis, periodical reports which includes maintaining the daily tracker on vehicle
Responsible for up keeping of front office area.

Skills

Must have good knowledge about the 4 wheeler vehicles.
Good command of English, written and spoken.
Must have good communication skills in English and Kannada
