Job Role: Conduct product and process training for staff Impart training on grooming standards and customer service excellence. Deliver both classroom sessions and on-the-job training Assess and certify employees post-training Skills Required Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong knowledge of product and process flows Ability to engage and motivate team members Experience in employee training and development programs Proficiency in using training aids and tools Job Timings: Monday to Saturday (Timing 9 am to 6 pm) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
