Executive Tender

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for government and private sector bids, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.

• Identify and monitor relevant tender opportunities from government portals (e.g., GeM, India mart sites, etc.) and private organizations.
• Analyze tender documents and requirements in coordination with the sales, production and technical teams.
• Prepare and compile tender documents, including technical and commercial bids, and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain proper documentation and track the status of ongoing tenders.
• Coordination with field sales staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' experience in sales related role
• Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
