Role Description : - This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive. - The Telesales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, customer support, and sales. The role involves making and receiving calls from potential customers and following up with them. - The Telesales Executive will be part of a team responsible for meeting sales and growth targets. To be successful as a telesales executive, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-performing telesales executive should be able to follow sales scripts as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Qualifications : - Excellent communication skills - Customer service and customer support skills - Experience in lead generation and sales - Ability to work in a team environment to meet sales targets - Strong interpersonal skills to engage with potential customers and build relationships - Proficiency in using software and tools for sales and customer relationship management - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field Work Hours : Mon-Sat: 10 am to 6 pm
