Job Description

As a Tele sales Executive at the leading event management company located in Industrial Area, Chandigarh, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - **Lead Generation & Cold Calling:** You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, making outbound calls, and promoting event solutions. - **Client Engagement:** Communicate effectively about event services, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. - **Follow-ups & Conversion:** Nurturing leads is crucial as you work towards converting prospects into confirmed bookings. - **Relationship Management:** Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders is essential for success in this role. - **Sales Target Achievement:** You will be expected to work towards achieving individual and team sales goals set by the company. - **Data Management:** Utilize CRM tools effectively to maintain accurate sales records. To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - **Education:** A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred. - **Experience:** A minimum of 13 years of experience in telesales, business development, or client servicing, preferably in the event industry. - **Skills Required:** - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Target-driven and self-motivated approach. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools is advantageous.
