As a Tele Sales Executive at the leading event management company located in Industrial Area, Chandigarh, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Identify potential clients, make outbound calls, and promote event solutions. - Client Engagement: Communicate event services, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions. - Follow-ups & Conversion: Nurture leads and convert prospects into confirmed bookings. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders. - Sales Target Achievement: Work towards individual and team sales goals. - Data Management: Maintain sales records using CRM tools. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. - Experience: 13 years in telesales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in the event industry). - Skills: - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Target-driven and self-motivated approach - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools (preferred) In addition to a fixed salary and incentives, you will have the opportunity to work with a creative and passionate team and avail growth opportunities in the event industry.
