2. Knowledge of Handling Claims Tractor tires, Two Wheeler tires.
3. Listen & respond to customer complaints, queries.
4. Excellent Communication Skills - Proficient in English & Hindi languages
5. Co-ordination with our OE department & OEM.
6. Knowledge of different tire segments.
7. Experience in technical services of tire industry.
Preference to Tire industry experience only
