Job Description

Role & responsibilities : To be in charge of a cluster of interconnected stores and to ensure their availability and uptime. Escalate problems to other internal departments and external vendors as needed. Managerial Skills to handle team to work towards having a high machine availability time. Good Team Player who can work cross teams to own and solve an issue to conclusion. Self-directed, able to prioritize and effectively handle multiple service requests at a time under high pressure and challenging situations Advanced IOT, technical and network connectivity troubleshooting skills Supervise and Train less experienced staff or team member Ability to work overtime if the issue is not resolved in time Other duties as assigned Good team player and communication skills. Good hands on knowledge on Linux, shell scripting, MySql and networking Optional Python, ElasticSearch, Jenkins, SaltStack. Preferred candidate profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in Support. Good team player and communication skills. Degree in Computer Engineering Ability to work overtime if the issue is not resolved in time Open to work in rotational shift
