Job Description

Role: Technical Executive Assistant to Chairman

highly skilled Technical Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Chairman in project monitoring, reporting, and technical reviews.
Coordinate with Project Directors, Engineers, and internal teams for status updates.
Prepare project MIS, technical presentations, and progress reports.
Provide insights on planning, scheduling, costing, estimation, QS, and billing.
Support in analyzing project execution challenges and suggest improvements.
Ensure effective follow-up and closure of Chairmans directives with project teams.
Act as a technical bridge between the Chairman’s office and project sites.

Qualifications & Experience

B.E. / B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical) is mandatory.
5–12 years of project experience in
Irrigation / Water Supply / Pipeline / Canal projects
.
Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, billing, estimation, QS, and costing.
Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle senior-level coordination.
