As a Talent Acquisition Executive specializing in Salesforce Hiring, you will be responsible for collaborating with Salesforce practice leads to comprehend hiring needs and role specifications. Your primary duties will include sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus drives, screening resumes, conducting initial HR interviews to evaluate suitability for Salesforce roles like Developers, Admins, and Architects, coordinating technical interviews, managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, maintaining recruitment dashboards and reports to track Salesforce hiring metrics, ensuring timely closure of positions while prioritizing a positive candidate experience, and providing support for onboarding and documentation procedures for selected candidates. To excel in this role, you must possess familiarity with Salesforce roles and terminology, strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, experience in utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools and Excel for tracking and reporting purposes, adeptness at multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and a basic understanding of recruitment compliance and policies. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 13 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with exposure to Salesforce hiring. Additionally, certifications in recruitment or HR tools would be advantageous. In addition to the above responsibilities, the mandatory skills required for this role include Servicenow Custom App Development, with an expected experience level of 1-3 years.
