Job Description

Job Summary:

Student Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for student queries via phone, email, chat, and support tickets.
Provide timely and accurate information regarding course content, schedules, and platform navigation.
Follow up on student issues and ensure resolution within defined SLAs.
Guide students on using learning tools, accessing content, and completing assessments.
Address complaints empathetically and escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments.
Maintain and update student records and interaction logs in CRM systems.
Support course enrollment, certification, exam scheduling, and technical troubleshooting.
Assist in upselling additional courses or services when applicable.
Collect and analyze student feedback to suggest process improvements.
Coordinate with academic and tech teams for escalations and issue resolution.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
03 years of experience in student/customer support, preferably in EdTech or training institutes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Empathetic listener with problem-solving skills and a student-first mindset.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekends (5-day work week).
