The role located in Navi Mumbai requires an Executive to oversee inventory operations, encompassing the handling of materials from receipt to storage, issuance, and tracking. Proficiency in utilizing SAP for inventory and store transactions is essential for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Receipt and verification of incoming goods in alignment with purchase orders. - Accurate recording of all transactions (e.g., GRN, stock issue, stock transfer) within SAP. - Maintenance of real-time inventory records through SAP. - Proper labeling, stacking, and storage of items. - Issuance of materials based on departmental requests using SAP. - Conducting regular physical stock checks and reconciling with system data. - Preparation of inventory reports for distribution to relevant departments. - Collaboration with purchase, production, and finance teams to ensure seamless material flow. - Documentation upkeep, including GRNs, delivery challans, and invoices. - Preservation of store area cleanliness and organization.
