As an Inventory Manager, your role involves overseeing the efficient management and maintenance of accurate records for all construction materials, equipment, and consumables. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting regular stock audits and reconciling discrepancies to ensure accurate inventory levels - Handling material reception, inspection (for quality and quantity), storage, and issuance to site teams and subcontractors - Coordinating with the procurement team to monitor stock levels, prepare indents, place orders with suppliers, and track delivery schedules - Overseeing the organization, cleanliness, and security of the store area in compliance with health and safety regulations - Maintaining comprehensive records of all store transactions and generating regular reports on stock levels and consumption To excel in this role, you should possess knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment. Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems like SAP MM, and MS Excel is essential. Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills are crucial, along with good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with various teams and suppliers. Additionally, the ability to handle the physical requirements of the job and work in a fast-paced environment is necessary. The company values individuals with at least 2 years of experience in store management. Possessing a Driving Licence and willingness to travel up to 75% are preferred qualifications for this position. This is a full-time role that requires in-person work at the designated location.
