Job Description

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is a results-driven production professional with hands-on experience in leather footwear manufacturing, particularly in safety shoe operations.

Oversee daily production operations for leather footwear
Ensure adherence to quality standards and production timelines
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, sourcing, and QA
Optimize resource utilization and reduce production bottlenecks
Lead and mentor shop-floor teams to achieve performance goals

Key Requirements:

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Footwear Technology, Leather Technology, or related field

Experience

Minimum 2–8 years in leather footwear manufacturing
Proven experience in leather footwear production (factory or brand-side)
Strong understanding of cutting, stitching, lasting processes

Other Skills

Ability to manage teams and drive operational efficiency
Hands-on approach with problem-solving mindset
