Executive / Sr. Executive - Program Management

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading end-to-end project lifecycle management for global regulatory and commercial projects. This includes developing project timelines, risk registers, and mitigation plans in line with client and internal expectations. You will also oversee Analytical Method Transfer planning and execution across external labs, ensuring accountability for the process. Additionally, you will act as a central point of contact for international clients and internal teams, facilitating transparent communication and reporting of project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain will be essential to align project goals. Moreover, you will need to ensure that deliverables and documentation meet the regulatory standards of the UK, EU, Middle East, and Canada, tracking country-specific requirements and adjusting project activities accordingly.
