Job Role & Responsibilitie

s:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our Production Fermentation (Upstream) team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in fermentation processes and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilitie

s:

• 
  Operate and manage fermentation process systems efficiently and effectively
• .Work with

  PLC/SCAD

  A systems to monitor and control operations
• .Ensure

  cGMP complianc

  e and adherence to

  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs

  ) in all plant operations
• .Maintain high levels of

  hygien

  e and cleanliness across the production area
• .Execute batch operations as per the defined

  production schedul

  e
• .Support the team by working in

  rotational shift

  s, including

  night shift

  s, as per business needs
• .Oversee the

  cleaning and sanitisation of equipmen

  t and facility as per

  GM

  P guidelines

• .Monitor, verify, and assis

  t in equipment and instrument

  calibration

  s as per schedule
• .Maintain production records, logs, and ensure accurate documentation
