Job Description

Handling & Preparing pre-shipment & post-shipment documents such as Invoice, packing list, Awb instruction, Shipper details, Certificate of Origin, Insurance, making documents as per Letter of credit etc. Good Knowledge in SAP is a must. Handling SAP related activities such as Preparing sales order, Invoice, raising indent, making Outbound deliveries, PGI entries, Cancellation of Invoice, Checking availability of stocks in the SAP system. Creating new customer in the SAP system. Handling -20 degree shipments on door to door delivery basis Advance booking & Freight negotiation as per monthly shipment plan (Tracking of freight Savings) Coordinating on the logistic activities with freight forwarders and factory representatives regarding dispatches. Coordinating with Regulatory department for execution of sample shipments & their dispatches Communicating with customers for their queries if any. Responsibility to fulfil the requirement of customers to execute the dispatch along with their documents requirements. Sharing shipping documents & updating on flight details and status of the shipment on regular basis till its finally delivery to customers, also documents are beings couriered as per customers requirement. Arranging Legalisation of documents as per customer requirement. Preparing Certificate of origin, Draft AI for Thailand & Inspection certificate for Chile. Arranging Insurance certificate for each shipment. Understanding the shipment requirements and working accordingly with freight forwarder, factory representatives, regulatory, customers to execute the shipment in smooth manner. Applying for ECGC cover for new customers. Providing monthly declaration to ECGC. Coordination with Mark Angel for palletization of goods wherever required. Coordination with Aeris Dynamics Packaging solution Company Singapore for packaging configuration to be used for each shipment. Arranging promotional material dispatches by airfreight / courier / door to door delivery. Automation of documentation in SAP system
