Job Description

Planning for day-to-day Store Dispatch activities.

Verified the accuracy of the received goods and updated the inventory records accordingly
Managing the vendor to run the smooth operation and reporting the issue from time to time
Communicated with vendors regarding discrepancies or damages in received goods.
Assisted with other inventory management tasks as needed, including dispatch planning, Warehouse management, making PR, PO and sales reporting in Bangalore, managing safe stock and sending consignment for low stock items.
FIFO method E-waybill, invoice Gate pass,store Debit, vendor debit.
Responsible for all warehouse functions of inward, put away, Picking, Outbound and inventory of DC.
Zone/locs finalization along with the customer.
Need to unload all the SKUs batch wise and ensure timely GR and Put away.
Taking care of GIT (Goods in Transit) for timely GRN at stores
Stock transfers from location-to-location DC to DC based on need.
Carry out physical stock checks for accuracy
Ensure MIS reports are prepared and sent to respective in-charges.
