Executive / Sr. Executive- Import

Manpower Resources India Pvt. Ltd., a leading Executive Search & Selection Company offers services to Manufacturing, Engineering, Infrastructure & Healthcare domain.

We have been mandated by a large conglomerate is into Stainless Steel for the below mentioned role.

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive- import

Reporting to: HOD Banking

Department: Finance & Banking

Working Location: Andheri (Mumbai)

Education: B.Com/ M.B.A, added advantage if any EXIM certification or qualification

Experience: 2+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Import/Export/Trade Finance with qualification MBA/Post Graduate / Graduate/ EXIM/Other equivalent Degree / Diploma/Certificate etc.;
• Familiar with FEMA / RBI Compliances, Inco terms etc. related to Import Trade;
• Maintain Bank wise limit, utilization and outstanding (Daily basis)
• Submission in banks for payment (ORMs) and maintain in MIS with transaction banks reference;
• Preparation of Bank request and save full set of application ILC/FLC etc. in IBS/SAP/common server;
• Arrange payment SWIFT copy from banks and maintain records in common folder and share to Purchase Department;
• Acceptance of ILC /FLC Bills / Usance Bills with reconcile bank's due date;
• After arrive import docs in banks retire the docs as per purchase / funds planning and send to Shipping department;
• After retire import documents, all documents must be keep in records and save in IBS/SAP/Server;
• Accounting entry of daily import payments
• All import docs details capture in MIS with Bank reference;
• Maintain BG MIS and expiry status; Original BGs records status & BG open request and arrange transmitted SWIFT /hard copy in records;
• Arrange Banks advices, entries in IBS and monthly reconciliations;
• Closure of IDPMS (BOEs & ORMs) and keep records of settlement letter and details;
• Knowledge of MS Windows like Excel, word, Power point etc.;
• Good communication skills, Positive attitude, Team management and desire to learn more abilities

Coordination with Internal (Shipping, Purchase, Forex Dept. etc.) / External (Banks, Insurance etc.) related stake holders.
