Objective of the positionTo review, verify, and process loan and grant applications submitted by individuals with disabilities, ensuring accuracy, timely disbursement, and effective monitoring of fund utilization and impact.Major Deliverables

• Review and verify loan and grant applications, conducting personal discussions with applicants (individuals with disabilities) to collect necessary information for assessment.
• Ensure timely processing of applications, maintaining continuous follow-up with applicants and relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all submitted applications and verified documentation in the database.
• Execute the signing process for sanction letters and other relevant documents with applicants.
• Prepare and cross-check dockets for disbursement, coordinating with the Finance and Accounts teams to ensure smooth fund release.
• Conduct post-disbursement reviews to assess sales or income generated by the supported individuals, evaluating the impact of grants and loans.
• Maintain MIS reports, trackers, and other relevant data to record work progress and outputs.
• Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient task completion within set timelines.
• Perform any additional duties or assignments delegated by the Supervisor.
